From Santorini, Greece, to an apprenticeship in Bristol, UK, Mario honed his skills under the guidance of Chef Alex Atala at Dome Restaurant in Brazil. In Manhattan, NY, he perfected his steak techniques, mastering the art of flavor and precision. In Indonesia, Mario led Wolfgang’s Steakhouse for four years, elevating it to become Jakarta’s top-ranked restaurant. As the Main Investor’s childhood friend, Mario brings not only his exceptional culinary talent and expertise in the dry-aging process but also his leadership and passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences.
